A little creativity. A little curiosity. A whole lot of possibilities.

Welcome to Creative Chaos, where getting your hands messy, trying something new, and embracing the unexpected are all part of the fun!

Creativity has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was raised by two artists, so growing up, making things, experimenting with materials, and thinking outside the box were just part of everyday life.

I started my college journey as a studio arts major before eventually finding my way into culinary and pastry arts. Why food? Well, when you're raised by two artists, everyone has a tendency to compare your work to theirs. Food was a creative medium where I could carve out my own identity without the comparisons. And, as it turns out, food is just another wonderful way to make art!

Over the years, I've explored all sorts of creative mediums, from printmaking and paper crafts to sculpture, painting, and everything in between. I've always had a hard time choosing just one. There are simply too many interesting things to try and never enough hours in the day!

And that's really where Creative Chaos began.

It's about embracing that curiosity, exploring different materials and techniques, and giving ourselves permission to experiment without worrying about perfection.

Through hands-on art and craft workshops, Creative Chaos is looking to bring people together to learn something new, make something with their own hands, and enjoy the process along the way. Whether you're an experienced artist or someone who insists they don't have a creative bone in their body, there's a place for you here.

I'm new to the Salem area and excited to become part of this creative community, meet new people, and share a little of the artistic chaos that's always been part of my world.

I hope you'll join me for a workshop, try something you've never done before, and maybe discover a creative side you didn't know you had.

After all, life is a lot more interesting with a little Creative Chaos!
